We Are The League For Adults that Didn't Grow Up Skating

Welcome to the GHL - Hockey for Beginners!  A league that caters to adults (female and male!) who are truly terrible hockey players. The worse you are, the more suited you are to our league. 

As a league we pride ourselves on being focused on FUN, FAIR, and SAFE hockey for everyone! 

We are a no contact league because we all need to get up and work tomorrow. 

We are a friendly group that has a lot of fun on the ice and off the ice.  

We play in the Fall/Winter on Saturday nights and in the Spring/Summer on Wednesday nights at the Liuna 4Ice Centre on the East mountain in Hamilton.  Games are usually scheduled between 8:45 & 11:15 in the Winter season and 6:45 & 11:00pm in the summer.

We would love to have you join us - whether you have skated before or not - we will help build your skills and ensure you have fun along the way.

We have great looking Jerseys and great group of refs and leadership who work hard to make sure the experience is great for everyone.
