Then this is the league for you! Welcome to the GHL - Hockey for Beginners! A league that caters to adults (female and male!) who are truly new hockey players. The worse you are the more suited you are to our league. We cut the players that are too advanced!

We play in the Fall and Winter on Saturday nights and in the Summer on Wednesday nights at the Mohawk 4 Ice Centre on the East mountain in Hamilton. Our summer season begins April 30th and is $410 for skaters and $200 for goalies. Click on Register Now to learn more!
